Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada
- Flat rate: $5.00 CAD with no tracking
- Carrier-calculated rates at checkout with tracking
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch
United States and United Kingdom
- FREE flat-rate shipping on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Other International Destinations
- Carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days after dispatch

Our trivia postcard and greeting cards ship free making them a great option if you're looking for a lightweight gift to send anywhere in the world!
Carriers
We ship using Canada Post, UPS and Purolator. Carrier selection is based on your destination and the most reliable option available at the time of dispatch.
Carrier Disruptions
During peak seasons, postal strikes, or other carrier disruptions, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimates above. We'll do our best to communicate any known delays and will work with you to find a solution if your order is significantly impacted.
